Delivery & Returns

Dispatch

Product(s) will be delivered to the delivery address provided by the Customer. Seller will use its discretion in selecting a reputable carrier and appropriate means of delivery.

Dispatch of an order where the delivery address is different to the cardholders address is at our discrection.

We individually hand craft every item that we sale, which means that shipping can take up to seven days, longer on certain items.

You will be notified by email when your order is ready for dispatch

Any dates quoted by Seller for the delivery of Product(s) are estimates only and shall not form part of the contract.

Seller will not be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions, customs clearance, or other regulations that apply in countries outside United Kingdom. It is the responsibility of Customer to pay the charges levied by the authorities and observe the respective regulations of the country in which he or she receives the Product(s).

Postage Rates

FREE delivery is offered to the UK mainland (excluding Channel islands, Isle of Man, Isle of White, Isles of Scilly, and some remote Scottish Isles) on orders with a total value over £99.00, for overseas orders please contact us at sales@oriton.co.uk.

For those living outside of the UK or EU then custom duty may be charged by your government which we cannot refund.

Returns

Oriton operates a 21 day returns policy should the product not meet with your approval, return costs are however at the purchasers expense.

Please inform the seller by email at sales@oriton.co.uk or by phone +44 (0)7927 030 988 if you wish to return an item. There will be a 15% handling charge to cover our costs.

Please ensure that the returning product(s) meets the following criteria:

  • A original receipt or order email
  • The original box
  • The original packaging
  • Any accessories that came with the product

Orders will not be refunded if the product is deemed to be in an unsaleable condition.

Refunds and exchanges will be given at our discretion, pending a review of the returned product(s). If the returned product(s) is (are) not eligible for a refund or exchange, then you will be notified by email to either collect your goods from the Oriton factory, or to arrange for your goods to be returned to you at an additional cost.

Products returned due to missing parts or faulty manufacture will be offered a full refund or replacement within seven working days. The refund, which is due to faulty manufacture or defect will also include any applicable delivery costs.

Returns exceptions

Products that have been made or modified to order or “bespoke” purchases cannot be refunded. Some items cannot be returned if they have been opened, these include software, audio or video recording, phono cartridges, earphones and headphones. Goods that are damaged will not be accepted for return or exchanged.
